Return & Refund Policy

At Suncoast Lifestyle Co., we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the product meets the conditions below.

Return Eligibility:
Returns are only accepted if the product remains unused, unwashed, and still rolled in its original condition with the belly band intact. Products that have been unrolled, removed from packaging, or show signs of use will not be eligible for return or refund.

Refund Process:
Refunds will be issued only after we receive and inspect the returned product. If the item is confirmed to be in original, unused, and re-sellable condition, a full refund (excluding shipping costs) will be processed to your original payment method.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@suncoastlifestlye.co with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and address confirmation.
